Shipping & Returns

 

Shipping:

1. For customers from Italy, we strongly suggest you select "DHL" NOT other flat shipping as your shipping way. This will help you receive your order safely.

2. For customers from Brazil, we suggest you offer us the CPF number if you select " DHL" as your shipping way. We will send out your order as gifts and declare low value to your local customs.

3. For bulk or wholesale order, we suggest you can contact us via email: sales@willgoo.com. We will arrange your order with other shipping way.

I do not know how to select shipping method?

We suggest you choose Express as your delivery option

Three reasons why you should pick Express as your shipping method:

A. You get your items during 5-8 business days after finishing payment.

B. The tracking number will be send to your email as soon as orders send out. You can check shipping status in the couriers system within 12 hours.

C. If you need help on tracking your delivery, or concern about a delivery time, we'll be on hand to answer your questions. Just email us to get answer.

The choice of courier varies according to your home country. We currently offer: Hong Kong Air Mail, Hong Kong Registered Air Mail, DHL, EMS

Small orders are normally best suited to Hong Kong Air Mail or Hong Kong Registered Air Mail. This is the cheapest and most commonly used option. This delivery method will be chosen during Checkout by default.

For larger bulk orders we will pack the goods appropriately and economically in an attempt to save space and shipping costs.

Customs clearance paperwork and any other related documents or procedures are handled by the courier. In rare cases the courier may need to contact you directly to confirm specific details. In this case, some additional paperwork is required. We will assist with you and fill out the documents when necessary.

Important notice:

1. For customers from Russia, we suggest you select "Hongkong air mail" as your shipping way. It is impossible for us to ship via DHL/TNT to Russia because of the customs declearace.

2. For some reason, you may find we can not ship to some countries. In this case, we hope you can contact us via email: sales@willgoo.com. We will find a good shipping way for your order.

Shipping Costs

All shipping fees are calculated automatically based on the actual weight (kilograms) of the goods /or the goods actual physical dimensions and recipients location.

All orders must be paid for in full and in advance, including shipping fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in rare cases of incorrect delivery.

If a delivery is confirmed lost, stolen or damaged before receipt, we will work with the courier to obtain information and arrange a refund or replacement at no further expense to you.

Returns and Refunds

IMPORTANT NOTES:

For return back the defective products to Willgoo, we suggest customers:

1. Pack the products well and add more bubble paper into the package to well protect it during the transportation to us.

2. Use register air mail not DHL,UPS and other express shipping way to send back the product to us. We will be charged high customs fee and our local customs may hold on the products imported.

3. Write a letter in the package. Write down your order ID, your name and the reason why you send back the product to us.

4. Tell us the tracking number after sending out the item to us. This will help us to follow the parcel.

5. Shipping back the products to us may take you a long time. We suggest you wait patiently. We will remind you as soon as we receive the parcel from you.

6. Buyer should pay for the shipping when he send back us the product.

7. We will use Register air mail to send back the replacement to buyer as soon as we receive the parcel.

All our products come with a 6 month warranty.

This means if there is a quality defect that causes the device to be unacceptable for sale or unusable during 6 months after dispatch, we will accept a return and replace the item with an equivalent item that you accept or offer a refund.

Any returns must be discussed with us in advance, and we will give you a satisfied solution.

All returned products must be sent together with the original packaging and accessories unless an exception is agreed in advance.

For our well preparing to resend your item, we hope you can include email in the package which is written your problem and your order ID. This will help us to find your order and solve your problem in a short time.

You are responsible for the shipping cost when sending back the defective items to us.

Normally, we will arrange to resend you the item via Hongkong air mail. Extra money should be added if you want us to change the shipping way.

Worldwide Shipping and Legality

We offer shipping worldwide to almost all locations on this planet. (We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders at our discretion, for example when shipping to a remote area is not feasible for any reason.)

Please note that you are responsible for finding out the legality of importing items in your country in advance. We are not responsible for confiscated items by your local authorities or any associated costs incurred. For more details, please read the full small print below!

Customs clearance is undertaken by the courier. You must be available to contact them in the event of any query or clearance confirmation. You are responsible for knowing the regulations in your delivery country before placing order.

Read The Small Print!

You may have to pay your own country's VAT (i.e. Sales Tax) and sometimes variable Import Duty when items arrive, but in the vast majority of cases packets / cartons delivered from China by courier arrive safely with no problems at all!

Read the item description carefully! We will ship you whatever you order. Additionally, there are some gadgets to import into certain countries. As the buyer / importer, it is entirely your responsibility to find out in advance of placing your order whether your ordered items are subject to import restrictions. We are not responsible for informing you of possible import restriction issues before or after purchase.

We will not be responsible for any damage or personal loss due to incorrect installation of our products.

Delivery time: If there is a possible delay due to products out of stock, we'll contact you via email to discuss sending out your order in separate shipments, changing products, or other options. Larger orders that exceed our stock may take up to 1 week longer to send out, as we have to order from the factory. In such cases we will contact you about any delay.
